1. Upon your payment being honored, we will email you instructions on how to proceed.
2. You deliver to us the final version of your Provisional Patent Application (PPA) for us to file with the Patent Office on your behalf.
3. If you submit to us an electronic PPA, there is no additional charge, as we will submit your PPA electronically to the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
4. If you submit to us a paper PPA, and wish to secure the earliest possible filing date, there is an addition charge to cover the cost of the next-day US Postal Service delivery fee- the official filing date will be the date the PPA was mailed. Otherwise, we will file your PPA via first class mail- the official filing date will be the date the PPA was received by the USPTO.
5. You must accompany your order for our Filing Service with payment of the USPTO filing fee, otherwise we will provide you notice and wait for payment. You can pay the USPTO filing fee online, or mail us a check or money order.
