Please review our policies regarding fees in conjunction with the fee schedule below. Your satisfaction is one of our top priorities; we continue working with you until the final work product meets our agreed upon expectations.

You may pay for our services by mailing a check or money order to Bay Area Intellectual Property Group (Bay Area IP) at our San Francisco office, payment processing address. We will process your payment method promptly upon receipt, and after your payment is honored (after about 2-5 days for checks, 2 days for money orders & certified checks), we will contact you to begin working on your case.

If wish to avoid payment delays, we offer secure online credit card payment. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards securely online through PayPal, Inc., an eBay company. We also accept secure online check payments through PayPal's echeck payment service. It usually takes 4-5 days for echeck funds to be available.

To pay online, click on the payment button (if available) located in the rightmost column of the service or fee you are paying for. Your credit card bill will reflect your purchase as "BAY AREA IP". If you are paying for more than one service or fee, add them to your shopping cart by clicking on the payment button for each one. When you are done adding items to your cart, click the "view cart" and then the "check out" button and fill in your billing information with your name as it appears on your credit card and your billing address.

Hourly Rate for Patent/Provisional Application Drafting Services
Retainer Payment: e.g., to pay $2580 use PayPall buttons as follows: Add to cart 2 x $1000 and 5 X $100 and 3 X $25 and 1 x $5. Just add each and increase the quantity in the shopping cart. NOTE: Online payments do not receive our 3% cash discount, and if not included in this payment, we will bill the difference to your account in our next invoice. Generally, incomplete or unpredictable cases do not qualify for our flat-rate and are billed hourly
